Amir originates and leads venture and growth investments across logistics, mobility, and consumer sectors. He drives Northstar’s investment pipeline by connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders around high-conviction opportunities.

Prior to northstar.vc, Amir was Director Europe at Plug and Play Tech Center, where he led more than 40 strategic partnerships and accelerator programs. He expanded the firm’s European presence and launched collaborations with global companies including Deutsche Bank, Daimler, and Axel Springer.
